Hello and welcome to our blog post.
We hope you enjoy reading about our week.
It has been a busy week filled with fun and activities for the children.
On Monday we introduced the story to the children.
The children held the animals whilst the teachers read the story.
Everyone had fun making the animal noises.
We took the animals outside and did foot print paintings.
We noticed the different sizes and shapes of each animals prints.

On Tuesday we made our own pizzas for lunch.
The children used rolling pins to roll out the dough and then helped to top the pizza with tomato sauce and grated cheese.

We added spaghetti to our playdough table along with the animals from our story.
The children used the spaghetti to make fences to keep their animals safe.

On Wednesday the children baked some delicious animal biscuits.
They weighed and measured out the ingredients and rolled out the dough.
We had a camel, dog and lion cutter to choose from.
The children were so excited to take their biscuits home.

On Thursday the children made a wonderful Lion's head with Miss Njie.
They used some things that they collected from the garden to decorate the lion, as well ad some spaghetti, pasta & wool.
Mixing media to create this fabulous display.

Well done everyone - Great work !
It is now on display for everyone to see.
On Friday we had a lovely morning with lots of imaginary play and dolls.
We then went to number 59 for the afternoon and had fun in the garden.
Here are a few extra photos from our week.

Thank you for taking the time to read our blog.
We look forward to your comments.
Next week our story will be 'The Smartest Giant in Town.'
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
