Our original Lindfield setting is a small nursery set in a homely environment, run by our passionate and highly qualified early-years team. Consistently graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, The Acorns at 59 Denmans Lane offers children a gentle stepping stone between home and 'big' school.
The nursery day holds a whole host of possibilities for children to explore, learn and play. From exploring our well-equipped garden including mud-kitchen and wooden adventure apparatus, to arts and craft activities, music-making sessions to our popular reading-scheme, children have access to a wonderfully expansive sensory and learning experience.

Given the home-setting of The Acorns Lindfield, we find that children usually settle in incredibly quickly, and our commitment to getting to know each family cements a trustworthy relationship between parent, child and us. To aid in this transition, we offer an open-ended settling in policy; parents can rest assured that their child will have their own unique needs and interests supported and well-cared for.

Many of our children at our original Lindfield setting also spend additional days at our sister setting.
We often find that combining both settings offers an even more varied experience for children, builds their confidence and further develops their social skills.
We are currently accepting registrations for children aged 18 months - 8 years.
